一、教学目标
1.掌握运动类单词swim, skate, ski的音、形、义,并学习make类短语的相关表达。
2.能围绕 can的句型进行相关交流和简单介绍。
3.在对话交流、小组互动中培养学生合作学习和交往能力。
二、制定依据
1.教材分析
本课是江苏译林版牛津英语5A Unit 3 At a Music lesson的第二教时,主要围绕B部分词汇和C、D部分句型展开教学,因此本课是一节词汇句型课。
本单元以at a Music lesson 这一主题为切入点展开can句型及相关动作类单词的教学,通过Can you …? 和What can you do?这两个主要句型,让学生学会了解、询问、介绍他人的能力。虽然学生在三年级 (3B Unit 11) 时学习过若干运动类单词,教师也及时进行了教学顺序的调整(3B教材中只出现了这些动词的动名词形式),但与以往的词汇教学相比,本单元B部分的词汇缺乏明确的主题(有4个音乐类,3个运动类,还有2个又属于手工制作类),因此在单元整体设计的过程中,我们进行了不同以往的课时切割。第一课时通过A部分At a Music lesson的语篇教学初步感知本单元所要学习的can句型,学习掌握4个音乐类词汇;第二课时再学习其余3个运动类单词和make类短语的相关表达,同时重点学习围绕can句型的问答交流和简单介绍,初步培养学生综合运用语言和友善交往的能力。
2.学生分析
本班学生共49人。通过两年的语言训练,大部分学生语言发展比较均衡,但也有4-5位学生在英语学习方面有畏难情绪,在课堂上虽能倾听同学发言,但自身的思考和发言都不够主动积极;一部分学生随着年龄的增长,到了高年级也逐渐羞于开口,本学期增加了一定的评价机制后,发言情况有所好转。
学生三年级曾学习过一些运动类动词,但起始年级的英语学习主要以兴趣培养和听说交际为主,江苏版《牛津小学英语》各册教材的主题前后又缺乏必然的联系,经过一年半的时间(三下到五上),学生对这些已经学过单词的发音可能存在困难或已遗忘,还有些词的发音及意义会有混淆,如skate-ski,通过本课音、形、义三个维度的学习,学生对于所学能力类词汇的意义和理解问题应该可以得到解决。
